Tools I Recommend

These are the tools I actually use in my own business and recommend to clients on a regular basis. No fluff, no tools I’ve tried once and forgotten about. Just the ones I keep coming back to.

Some links on this page are affiliate links, which means I may earn a small commission if you sign up through them. It won’t cost you anything extra, and I’d recommend these tools either way.

Tally

A form builder that works like a charm, just start typing and build as you go. Free for most use cases and surprisingly powerful once you dig into it.

Airtable

Think Excel on steroids. It looks familiar but can do so much more, making it perfect for organising your business data in a way that actually makes sense.

Lyrical Host

Website hosting that’s fast, reliable, and actually comes with support that knows WordPress inside out. I recommend it to anyone building a WordPress site who wants hosting they don’t have to think about.

RankMath

An SEO plugin for WordPress that makes optimising your content straightforward, even if SEO isn’t your thing. It tells you what to fix and how to fix it without drowning you in jargon.

Teachery

A clean, affordable platform for hosting and selling your online courses, digital downloads or memberships. You can customise the design exactly the way you want it, at a fraction of the price of the bigger alternatives.

SureCart

A modern checkout and payments platform for WordPress. It handles one-off payments, subscriptions, and digital product delivery without the complexity of WooCommerce.

Make

An automation tool that connects your apps and makes them talk to each other. Cheaper than Zapier and just as powerful, and once you get the hang of it, you’ll wonder how you managed without it.

Circle

A community platform that brings discussions, courses, events, and memberships together in one place. It’s a proper alternative to Facebook Groups, with the bonus that you can host and sell courses right inside it.

Kit

An email marketing platform built for creators and coaches. It’s easy to use, visually attractive, and won’t break the bank when you’re starting out. But it also grows with you, so you won’t outgrow it when you’re ready to do more advanced things with your emails.
