I’m a marketing tech specialist, a proud nerd, and I believe your marketing should work for you, not stress you out.
You’ve built something real. But the tech side? It’s become a tangled mess of tools, half-finished automations, and things that should work together but don’t.
That’s where I come in.
I’m Natalie, and I’ve spent the last 15+ years helping small business owners get their marketing tech sorted. Email automations, Kit setups, website fixes, and the strategy that ties it all together.
I’ve been the “tech person” since I was three, when I figured out the TV and radio remotes before my dad did. By six, I had my own Commodore 64 (that’s a computer 😉 ). By the time the internet arrived, I was already hooked. A master’s degree in New Media and Digital Culture later, and I turned that obsession into a career.
Now I work from my cosy corner in the east of the Netherlands with my partner and two dogs. When I’m not untangling your tech, I’m probably rolling dice in a D&D campaign or crocheting something cosy.
I bring curiosity, creativity, and zero judgement to every project. Let’s make your tech work for you.
At the heart of everything I do is a simple belief: we're all better when we can be ourselves. I respect everyone's right to live, believe, and work in the way that feels true to them, as long as it doesn't harm others.
I stand for equality, justice, diversity, inclusion, fairness, and love for all. Everyone who comes into this space, regardless of their background, deserves to be treated with equal respect. Discrimination of any kind has no place here.
I'll always be honest with you about what I know, what I don't know, and where I'm still learning. I respect that you bring your own experiences and insights to the table, and I genuinely want to hear them. This is a space where you can share openly, ask the questions you've been embarrassed to ask elsewhere, and be met with kindness rather than judgement.
Business is hard enough. I don't think working on your marketing should add to that weight. I aim to keep things light, warm, and occasionally a bit silly, without shying away from the conversations that actually matter. You don't have to take yourself too seriously here. Neither do I.
I also want to be honest about who I am. I’m a white, cisgender, heterosexual, European woman. I’m neurodivergent and chronically ill, but there are many experiences and struggles I simply haven’t lived. I know this, and I hold it. I’m committed to doing the best I can with the knowledge and awareness I have, and I’m always open to learning more.
If you ever notice ways I could be more inclusive, more accessible, or more respectful, please tell me. Your feedback helps me do better, and I take it seriously.
