In a Pick My Brain session we hop on a video call, share screens as needed, and work through it together. You get the recording afterwards so you can revisit it as many times as you need.
Which Session is Right for You?
30 Minutes: Quick Question
Got a specific question on your tech or marketing that you just need a clear answer to? The 30-minute session is perfect for quick clarity without the bigger commitment. Come with your question, leave with direction.
Great for things like:
- Is this tool right for my situation?
- Why isn’t this automation working?
- What should I do about this specific marketing decision?
2 Hours: Visual Strategy Session
This is where we go deep. You bring your business, I bring my brain, and we build something visual together that you can actually use. Two formats available:
Marketing with Marketing Circles
We map your marketing visually using the Marketing Circles framework, a non-linear alternative to traditional funnels. You’ll see exactly where your audience is, where they’re getting stuck, and what to focus on next.
Email Marketing Flow
We map out your email marketing strategy visually, so you can see how your sequences, automations, and broadcasts connect. Please note: depending on the size and complexity of your account, we may not be able to map every automation in a single session. But you’ll leave with a clear picture of the most important flows, and enough understanding to extrapolate the rest yourself.
Both formats are back-and-forth conversations. Not a presentation, not a lecture. Real thinking time together.

You may request to cancel your session for a full refund, up to 72 hours before the date and time of the session. Cancellations between 25-72 hours before the session may be transferred to a different date/time. Cancellation requests made within 24 hours of the session date/time may not receive a refund nor a transfer.
If you need to reschedule, you may do so once. Â If you reschedule a second time, your appointment will be cancelled and refunds issued pursuant to the cancellation schedule listed above.

What do I need to prepare for the Pick My Brain session?
For the 30-minute session, just come with your question ready.
For the 2-hour session, it helps to have a rough idea of what your goal is, but we can figure it out together too.
What's the difference between Pick My Brain and Tech Hours?
Pick My Brain is for strategy, advice, and quick fixes you can do yourself with a bit of guidance. Tech Hours are for when you need me to actually roll up my sleeves and build or implement something for you.
Can I record the session?
You get the recording automatically afterwards, so no need to worry about notes.
What if I'm not sure which session I need?
f you have one specific question, go for 30 minutes. If you have a long difficult question or you want to walk away with a full visual strategy you can act on, that’s the 2-hour session.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes, full refund up to 72 hours before your session. (This is already in your cancellation policy but worth surfacing in the FAQ too.)
